Pyelonephritis & sepsis during pregnancy

Wondering if anyone has any experience with pyelonephritis & sepsis during pregnancy. I was recently hospitalized at 31 weeks pregnant with this and it was a horribly scary experience. Luckily the baby & I are both fine but I am so terrified of it happening again. I have a growth scan & check up with my doctor tomorrow since being released from the hospital. What was your experience? Did it come back? Did you have further complications? Preterm delivery? Just want to hear others stories!
