Baby grinding his teeth

Should I worry my son is 8 months he been teething at 2 months. He has 7 tooth’s just waiting on the 8th that is coming in. I notice he grinding his when I heard a sound I thought it was my dog chew his bone but he was KO. I got close to my son mouth and he randomly grinds his teeth I was like do that but now that he notices I know he does it more. I give him teeter toys and frozen snacks too. I never seen a baby grind his teeth should I worry.?
