Baby on bladder or UTI?

Sorry if this is TMI.. but not sure if these symptoms are normal to pregnancy or if I have a UTI. Feels like a ton of pressure on my bladder and making feel like I need to go to the bathroom every 30 minutes or more. No burning or painful sensation. Lower left abdomen cramping when I walk as well. Sometimes, not all the time, I feel like I still need to go even after I just went.

Sorry for all the details, never had a UTI and this is my first pregnancy.
