Tylenol for fussiness?i

17 month old has been sick for 5 days with fever. Today its broken so far but she has a rash on her body but the doctors saw and said its most likely a viral rash.

Anyways she also has a lip tie especially bothering her. She never wants to eat since being tired and constantly trying to get something to rub and gnaw on against her lip tie even her finger. She has a checkup on the 10th on june with her pediatrician where ill be asking about cutting it.

Is it okay to give tylenol for the fussiness? She gets irritated easily now. If u offer food she flips unless its ramen and gets upset if i offer a drink and she doesn't want it, but she use to just tell me no, now she gets so angry being irritated. And if i put a song on she doesn't want to hear on the phone for her she throws it and cries, she's been out of sorts since getting sick. I save motrin for her fevers since their more effective at bringing them down

Fever started up again and is at 100.0 now. She's gotta go to bed and is tired but her fever always seems to raise when shes sleeping so night time has been really stressful

Weirdly her head isnt even hot though
