Exercise motivation
I’m only 6 weeks pregnant and found out at 4 weeks that I was. Since then I’ve done little to no exercise. I used to do a 60 minute work out 3-4 times a week but now I just can’t find the motivation or energy.
Does anyone have any tips? I find it hard to do it in the morning before I get tired due to having no appetite and feeling a bit nauseous.
