Ptsd from Narcissistic Abuse

Anyone have this?

I was in an emotionally abusive relationship for 2 years and it was a few years ago, since then I had gotten into a relationship and I would get very triggered and breakdown over small things. We broke up and I’ve taken a year for myself not dating anyone and trying to work on myself.

Does anyone have any advice for when it comes to dealing with this and trying to overcome it? I have a feeling it’s something that doesn’t completely go away but can ease up if you work on it
