Stopping the pill

Stopping Bc pill to try for baby #2 everything I’ve read says ovulation can return as soon as two weeks after stopping the pill. BUT my question is do I consider the week of sugar pills as week one of stopping BC or the week I should have started a new pack and didn’t? Glow says this week is my fertile week but my CM says otherwise. This past Sunday I had a high amount of stretchy EWCM.
