Not go crazy... UPDATED

Ugh... how do you not go crazy after finding out that your husband had sex with someone else? I'm not sure if I will stay, I found out about 24hrs ago. So I'm still processing the whole thing... I've done pretty good not obsessing about it but last night all I could think about was him touching someone else... it made me cry again.

* while we were fighting last year. He left a few nights to stay at his brother's house. We have been together almost 8 years.

* we just started counseling and he decided to come clean and tell me that he chose us and wanted to make things better.
