Hyperextended head?

Today I went for an ultrasound at my specialist I have been going to once a month after I had a low lying placenta. The low lying placenta moved and is fine now but I kept my appointments to get follow up ultrasounds where they check the anatomy. The technician said she couldn’t get any good profile pictures today because the head was hyperextended. It looked like he was lying back with his head tilted back a little. She didn’t seem concerned and the doctor said everything looked good. Has anyone had something similar ?
