Very mild cramping on progesterone and estrace?

I’m on Estrace patches and progesterone suppositories and oil shots. Is it normal to have super mild cramping every once in a while on them?

I’ve been doing estrace pills, estradiol patches, and progesterone pills. I haven’t had any cramping so far. But maybe the dosage matters?  Im using them to control my cycle and build healthy lining. I’ve had two surgeries so far and will be having a third next week. This one is to remove uterine adhesions/scaring. Good luck!
