Opinions wanted

So this month I decided not to track any of my cycle information because I had a chemical pregnancy a month and a 1/2 ago and just wasnt feeling up to it. On Tuesday I started to get pin prick cramping on my left side right above where my ovaries should be. Then I went to the bathroom right after and I had spotting then the next day no cramping but light spotting and then today barely anything and no cramping I'm wondering if this could be maybe ovulation cramping and spotting or implantation cramping and spotting ...what do you all think? Should I take an opk would it show positive if this was ovulation cramping.....
