Moms with other kids, delivery, and covid

Where are you planning on leaving your other kids if you have no family in your area? A nurse who is giving birth next month told me no one is allowed in the hospital except her spouse bc of covid. I have a 3 year old and no family or friends in the area (just moved here in January). I thought of leaving him with my husband in the waiting room but that may not be an option with covid now. Hopefully the situation changes by the time we give birth, but I doubt it. I have asked a relative to come from a different state and they want to, but Im curious what everyone else is doing?
