someone please suggest something to help me sleep!!!

29 weeks. i never sleep! i’m the kind of girl who needs 8 hours. my SO works early and i’m a teacher so even on weekend we are early birds and go to bed early.

well now i toss and turn all night. maybe getting 2-2 1/2 hours of sleep at night. occasionally i’ll take a nap during day for an hour or two.

i can’t function like this. i remember unisom being safe for pregnancy. anyone else have suggestions?

between not being comfortable (which i know gets worse), back pain, having to pee and just general insomnia. gotta find a solution. please!!!
