Brother is 30 with no job, living with parents.

My brother is 30 years old. No job, no savings, no friends, no nothing. He does not pay rent, buy groceries or anything because he does not have the funds. And the only money he does get is money that my mom gives him to buy some food and cigarettes. His last job was about 5-6 years ago and i dont understand why my mom wont push him to find a job or anything. It was his birthday a few weeks ago, and my mom asked my other brother and i "did you guys give hin a couple hundred or a bit of money for his birthday?" My brother and i were kind of in shock, because 1, we have our own children to worry about, especially me being 22 with a toddler and a newborn in 2 months, so no i dont have the money to give my 30 year old brother a couple hundred for his birthday. Sometimes i wonder if he will wake up and pull his head out of his ass, and say hey.. im 30 and i have to get my shit together and stop feeling bad for myself. It worries me because what will he do if my mother passes? He will not be able to care for himself.
