Heat rash? *pic
My 11 month old has this rash on the back of her neck. She woke up with it yesterday, it went away during the day a bit then came back (after we went outside). Now she woke up with it again this morning. She has not had any new foods or anything & no other symptoms. Does this appear to be a heat rash?
