Mirena and pregnancy symptoms

So I skipped my period last month which hasn’t happened in the 2.5 yrs I’ve had the IUD and I have symptoms of pregnancy and my mom has had an ectopic pregnancy with an IUD and I’m not sure if that’s something to worry about but I just NEED ADVICE! 😭 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative. But I have severe heart burn when I eat ANYTHING, nausea, cramping and my emotions are off the wall.

I’m really just worried about an ectopic pregnancy being the case as I’ve heard in some instances they can cause false negatives, but of course I’m not sure how accurate that is.

* Yes I know it’s unlikely to get pregnant with IUD and that it stops some period in people*
