Watery poops in 3mo

My daughter is 14 weeks and she’s formula fed. She’s on enfamil AR for acid reflux

Ever since she’s been on it, she’s had diarrhea and watery poops every time she poops (sometimes green sometimes orangey). Since it’s so liquidy it leaks through every diaper. It’s ruined so many of her clothes because it’ll come up the back of the diaper or the front every time she poops.

How can I harden her stool up!? I don’t want her to ruin all her clothes and it probably isn’t comfortable for her either.
