I've lost my virginity, and it hurt the whole time, is that normal? I couldn't relax because it hurt so bad. I also bled which i know is normal for the first time, but i wonder if the pain was normal?

If you relax, have lube, and a lot of foreplay it'll get better. My first time didn't even hurt because we spent a lot of time getting ready

it is normal. it always hurts the first time... for most girls. it probably hurt more because, like you said, you couldn’t relax. if the pain continues to be really bad and affects your sex life, not a bad idea to see a doctor. but it is normal to hurt the first time - it is different for every girl.
