How can I build my confidence ?

I’m in my 30s and never been overly confident when it comes to sex or foreplay. I’ve been with my bf for 8 years and we recently had a child together. We are solid relationship wise but I know he wishes for more in the bedroom. How can I build up my sexual confidence?? I just want him to be happy and satisfied and I feel like I’m seriously lacking.

Life is what you make it, if you aren’t happy, you change what you can,￼ and what you can’t change, you learn to love, accept and embrace yourself flaws and all. Get in touch with your inner goddess, pamper yourself, learn to love yourself, date yourself, embrace the character until you can figure it out on your own. Fake it until you make it as they say.
