Baby in ribs?

What does it feel like when baby is in your ribs? Tonight at work, my stomach got really tight feeling (not painful, just could tell it was right) and when I would take a breath, it was a sharp feeling in my chest and that kinda hurt. I sat down for a minute and it went away after two or three minutes and I felt what kind of felt like baby, but he’s been laying on or around my bladder this whole time so idk if he’d move that fast or not. He’s back in his favorite spot now lol. I’m 20 weeks. Sorry this was so long I’m just wondering what it was I could’ve felt.
