Hpylori testing

My doctor gave me a stool hpylori test but literally about 3 days before taking it I had taken amoxicillin for about 3 day’s for suspecting a tooth infection that was not even there so he said either continue taking them or stop them and I had tooken a heartburn medicine for about 2 day’s could that had given me a false negative ? My doctor is saying no but I read online some say it’s recommended not to take that 2 weeks before but is that just for the breath test
