First round of letrozole !!!❤️❤️❤️

I start my menstrual cycle on May 12 I did 3 round of clomid at 50mg my RE switch me to Letrozole because of PCOS. I started to take on cd5-9 but bleeding for 15 days I’m on cd19 and still getting No LH surge with clear blue

Could I ovulate while I was bleeding or will I ovulate later on ?
