Intooknthe ibuprofen that they gave me.   800 mg every so often for a few days for my aches and pains... but tylenol is good too

My dr ok’d ibuprofen as well as the tylenol. They can be taken safely together when breastfeeding depending on the pain level and need. When inflammation is the cause, Tylenol does nothing as is is not an NSAID, ibuprofen is anti inflammatory (NSAID)
