How to figure out how far along????

Hey all,
So since my miscarriage in November my periods were anywhere from 40 days to 35 days long. I am now pregnant and I’m curious if I should base my dating off of my last period which was April 12th so that would put me at 7 weeks or if I would be less far along due to longer periods?? Any advice on that?? Thanks

Did you use opk’s to track ovulation? If not you will have to go based off your last period and wait for a more accurate date once you do your ultrasound and they measure.

We went by my last period till my ultrasound. At my first ultrasound I should have been 9+1 and I was 7 weeks exactly. I have very irregular periods
