Improving stretch marks and bit of loose skin with weightloss

I’ve lost 2 stone and got one more stone to loose until I’m at my happy weight but I’ve noticed my arms and legs and hips and belly and bum are really jiggly now , I’m also covered in stretch marks and cellulite. I’m doing toning exercises, dry brushing and using palmers coco butter on my skin but it hasn’t done much. I thinking about getting shea butter but does anyone else have any tips?
