Bleeding 4 weeks post csection

I stopped bleeding a while ago and have had normal super light clear pinkish white discharge but yesterday I went pee and when I wiped it was definitely super bright red and bloody mixed with the discharge..... I haven't felt weird at all (no hemorrhage symptoms) and nothing happened in fact I was super lazy yesterday so I didn't really do anything strenuous. Also whenever I DID have anything extra, I knew it cause I gushed into my underwear or pad, this only showed itself after I peed and wiped?!

Am I starting my first period or am I gonna die lol?!
