Tanning while breast feeding?

Just had my first baby a week ago, while breast feeding has its benefits I feel like I’m latched to baby 24/7. Wanted something small I could do for myself but not take away too much time from her. 
Have you laid in the tanning bed while breast feeding and did your doctor say it was safe? I’m going to call mine tomorrow but just wanted to see what you ladies have done.

I’ve done it before. Never even thought to ask if it was ok my sons 21months now and still nurses I haven’t been tanning since last summer and won’t since I’m pregnant but he’s perfectly fine I can’t see it affecting it as you’re not really consuming anything and wouldn’t be much different then laying out which I also do and nurse.
