Question? TMI?

I am 3 weeks postpartum. This is my 4th child, but the first one I had any type of tear or stitches. I had a 2nd degree tear. So, I don’t know if what I’m experiencing is normal or not. I don’t have any pain, but I have this feeling of discomfort, like something is inside my vagina. I’ve looked and everything looks ok, there’s no discoloration, discharge, or smell. Could this be from the stitches? I’m not sure exactly what all was stitched or how deep. I plan to talk to my doctor if it persists, I’m just curious if anyone else had experienced this.
