Painful periods even after the pill

Hi ladies. So I stopped in February taking the combined pill after 9 months of taking it. I did it for my period cramps which where terrible and awful and after so many treatments I said to give it a try to the pill. But it seems like nothing has changed. I still have irregular and painful pains, I can't take it anymore. I heard everyone saying that after the pill their menstrual cycle got better. Why not mine? I don't know what else should I try. I hate my uterus so bad 😭 I just want to have a normal life with normal periods.
