Anyone else having PGP?
20 weeks today but a few days ago really started hurting on the right side in my groin. I previously thought I’d been having sciatica nerve pain but with the groin pain it’s all related and called pelvic groin pain. Researching it says 1 in 5 pregnancies have it.
Curious anyone else and more importantly what do you do to help with the pain?
