Difference between total count & concentration

Need a bit of insight; our RE said my DH results came back the same. However the total count increased from 4m to 10m & volume was higher (4.1 to 5.4mL ) therefore concentration stayed the same (at under 2m), surely there was some improvement? They just told us no change in SA results.
