So confused

I'm needing help with this test (I think I'm in shock)...im on birth control (arm implant) and havent had a period in years...I've been super emotional this last month or so but I thought it was just because of everything in the world going on...so I took a test and this happened 😱...I was told it was a false positive or evap line...what do yall think? Can anyone tweak it for me
