Help! Luteal Phase Spotting impacting TTC?

I’m hoping to hear any success stories. I consistently have spotting during my luteal phase. I’ve talked to my doctor and had testing done. My day 21 progesterone is fine. No PCOS or endo. I’ve had acupuncture done with no improvements. Every month I spot for days (sometimes 6 or 7) starting around 6/7 DPO. It seems like my lining couldn’t be thick enough for implantation if it starts shedding that soon? I asked my doctor about taking progesterone and she said there’s no research to suggest it’ll improve outcomes. I’m on my second round of Clomid, we’re officially in infertility territory, and I’m feeling so frustrated. Do you have a history of consistently spotting but it didn’t affect fertility? Or you have a history but tried something that worked?
