Potty training ideas and tips?

I'm looking to potty train my daughter, but I've been pushing it off since I have no idea what to do or where to start. We've got pull ups and a potty and I'm trying to encourage her to use the potty.
If anyone is willing to give me ideas that would he wonderful!!!

My daughter started using the potty at a year old, on her own. She was fully trained at 2 but I didn’t force it. They do it when they’re ready. I always took her to the bathroom w me and she had a mini toilet I think summer makes them and I’d put some little toys in the top so after she “flushed” she could grab one. I think she just wanted to be like mommy. + she was ALWAYS nakey so that helped a ton

I didn’t force it, I waited until my son was 100% ready and on board with using the potty. One day he took off his pants and his diaper and used the potty completely by himself and that’s when we started really potty training. He was 3.5 years old and it’s been pretty stress-free, no regrets with waiting. He still doesn’t poop on the potty but a lot of kids do that last. He was 100% pee potty trained by 7 days. We had a kids potty out for him since he was 18 months old and we talked about the potty, read books about the potty, and he came in the bathroom with us.

I have boy/girl twins who are turned 2 in March. They both started showing signs of wanting to learn so we started with potty chairs. 
Let me back track for a second: we actually started by putting them in the toilet before bath time. Then, they started showing interest. 
Moving forward: we kept the potty chairs in the common area and let them run around naked. Every 20-30 minutes I would sit them both down on the chairs. It became fun for them and I would catch them sitting without me putting them on it. My son accidentally pee’d in the toilet while I was cleaning the kitchen...that was all it took! Celebrating the success of trying/succeeding is key!! 
My son has since regressed and would rather pee outside, however he poops in the toilet which is great! My daughter will tell me when she has to potty and will always use the toilet. She is scared poop in the toilet. If you put them together, they are the perfect potty trained child! 
It won’t happen overnight and we didn’t read any books, we simply did what works for us. We are on our 2nd month of training.  Some days we focus on it more than others. My husband works the midnight shift with his job so it’s just me during the day. Errands still have to be ran and I’m not all for having potty sitting in the car seat with this Arizona heat.

Read Oh Crap Potty Training. I'm on Day 6/Block 2. Cold turkey, no diapers (pull-ups are diapers) day and night. I'm exhausted, but I know it will be worth it.
