How soon after late period do you take a test?

Hi ladies! 😁

Short background info, I had my IUD removed in February and my husband and I are trying. Glow has been pretty accurate with when my periods start, and predicted that AF would show yesterday. Well, here I am today, a day late, and no AF yet. I’m trying not to get too excited because part of me thinks maybe my body is still adjusting to having regular periods but part of me is also hopeful that maybe I’m pregnant!

How soon after AF is late do you take a test? I’m telling myself to wait until Saturday, which would be 5 days late. Thanks!!
