Specifically these two. Premama contains mainly myoinositol to help with egg quality and the one1day vitamins are more general prenatal. Thx

If you want to add Myo-inositol, just take an additional Myo-inositol supplement.

You don’t want to overdue the vitamins. When I was TTC it took us 4 years. I was told to switch to a normal multi vitamin and take folic acid separately because it could be hard on your body taking all those vitamins especially when you’re not pregnant yet. Ask your doctor :)
