All of a sudden fussy

My son got his 12 month old shots last Tuesday and he has been so fussy that past few days. He is not napping or sleeping the same now. He has done well with switching to milk as long as we just warm it enough to take the ice cold chill off. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this from the shots or developmental changes?
