So I have a notebook from 2013 that I used to write my feelings down in when I was severely depressed because it made me feel a little better. The main subject of the notebook was my relationship problems with my then boyfriend Eric. He cheated on me constantly, accused me of all kinds of things, wouldn't let me see friends, etc. Well I guess one day my husband was in our closet and found this notebook and took it upon himself to read everything in it which made me very uncomfortable because they are my inner most thoughts I didn't want to share with anyone hence why I had the notebook. I keep it around because I like to read it and see how far I've come since then but had no intentions of sharing it with anyone. Would this make you upset if your S/O was to read your journal even if it was from that many years ago?
