Has Anyone got pregnant on implant?

I'm not saying I am, but after my last child, shes about to be 2 in Aug. I didnt have a period for over a year, I am STILL😫breastfeeding but I have major moodswings. By Dec2019 , jan 2020 I got a period on the 8th on the Dot and also on February 2020 same thing but March,April,May, and now June still no period and I feel movement in my lower abdomen and sides like kicking in a way. lol I'm like there absolutely no way cause I have the implant. Also I used to feel the same after I had my second but it was my organs readjusting, I was told...lol maybe it's the same thing this time too?? Now the mood swings can be from the hormones and also the missed periods which I too understand but I just wanted to know if anyone has by any chance ever gotten pregnant on the implant.
