UTI???

I feel very dirty. I was holding my baby to put him to sleep when I suddenly felt the urge to poop. I was trying to ignore it thinking it would go away just because if I put him down, he'd wake up and I'm back to square one.

Anyways, it never went away and I thought I had to fart but poop just started coming out. It was diarrhea. I rushed to the bathroom and cleaned up.

After that I felt this weird pain in my vagina. Almost like something was stuck in there. I went to the bathroom to clean up again but the pain won't go away. I used my irrigation bottle and used some witch hazel to try to relieve it but nothing. I wiped and it almost looked like diarrhea but not sure. After few washes, I noticed that there's some scant blood on my pad. I am 7 weeks post partum btw. Now itjust feels like I have a UTI or something.

What do you think this is???
