Ovulation...I’m so confused...please help

Okay, so I’ve been using this app as well as ovulation test strips to try and track my ovulation. According to the app, today should be my peak day, however, I tested with two different tests and neither of them show any type of peak being today. I’ve been tracking every day for three months and I’ve only gotten one day of peak in those three months.

That being said, I’ve gotten my periods each month during that time. I’ve never been irregular- for 22 years I’ve gotten a period every month and have always been able to feel in my ovaries what feels like the egg moving.

I don’t know what to go by, what to believe or not believe. I’ve tried testing during different times of day, and different types of tests.

If anyone could shed some light on something I may be doing wrong, I’d appreciate it! Thanks in advance.
