Best car for car seats!?

My husband and I might be in the market for a car for me in a few months and I’m wondering if anyone has experience with any of these cars/truck with car seats. These are my top three favorites. My son is still rear facing and we’ve found in our two door Jeep (that hopefully will sell tomorrow) that we have to hike up the front seat a LOT in order for his car seat to fit in it. My knees touch the dashboard.

I’m assuming the Ford Explorer will work just fine so I guess my main question is if any of you ladies have a 4 door Jeep and/or a Toyota Tacoma in your family and find that you have enough space for a car seat or two in the back without feeling absolutely crammed.
