Can someone tell me if this sounds like menopause?

I'm 47 and I have 11 children, youngest is almost 3.

Cycles have been regular every month at 26/27 days.

Typically get sleepy the day before or around ovulation, then a headache the day before af, with cramps only day 2 with a 4 day bleed that tapers off day 5. This is my norm for a decade now.

Not this time.

Spotted (just after sex) a week after ovulating (not temping, not ttc, got my tubes tied with silicone bands in 2018), so not certain on exactly when I ovulate, but my cycles are consistent.

Then the entire next week I had very intense cramps that seemed centrally located in my uterus. They were the kind that completely interrupted my day.

Then about cd24 I started pink spotting. Thought I was getting af so popped a tampon in only for nothing to be on it later.

Pink spotting continued into the next day then vanished! No tapering off, and never came back. That was it! But then the breast tenderness started, and the napping every single afternoon about 1pm, and starving!

This is unacceptable. It's like first trimester pregnancy all over again.

I don't have time for this nonsense.

We are on week 3 of this now, nothing has changed.

Still get cramps, absolutely zero spotting, creamy cm, high soft cervix, tender boobs, and the naps! I hate the naps :( and what's with this heightened sense of smell??

I've taken hpt's just to rule it out in case one of those bands snapped, but all stark bfn's

What gives? Is this suddenly my life now?

Any moms kickstart their menopause this way?

I'm sleeping really well at night and no hot flashes, yet.
