TMI.....
Ok ladies,
I started taking prenatals yesterday, it says take 3 a day and they’re very big pills so I was going to spread them out but after the first one I felt SO nauseous.
Later that night I ended up throwing up and having diarrhea. Has anyone gone through this??
I took Vitamin Code prenatals. Any advice?
