Family Physician

Can a family physician do a TTC appointment? We've been trying for 2 years. SO sperm test as high count and very good mobility. Im scared its me. I ovulate so late, we have intercourse around the right time. I track with opks, bbt etc. I do all the things and tricks and still no baby. I've had a previous pregnancy live birth. Can't seem to get pregnant again. My first pregnancy took 4-5 years to conceive.
