Everything has been annoying the shit out of me today. Didnt want to go to work. Get there and my boss was 30 mins late, someone called out, she did not get the shift covered and left an hour early. Then have the nerve to say she needs the store to be 100% if you gave a damn about it being 100% you would have made sure we had the coverage to do so..!! I'm all for doing my job, I dont mind going above and beyond to help out, it makes me look good... but I'm 8 months pregnant and high risk. I'm not about to bust my ass and over exert myself cause you wanna half way do your damn job. She is good at organizing but she is a shitty manager !!! When I was a manager that's one thing I made sure was that my store was good and my employees were straight. Paper work wise i could use some extra help. But I worked just as hard as I expected my employees to do. SHE FUCKING SUCKS !!
