Could I be pregnant with an IUD?

I have an IUD. I have since December 2019.
Three months ago I finally had my first period and it’s been on track and regular ever since. 
Until now. I’m 4 days late. 
Is it possible to be pregnant with an IUD?

I doubt it and this is my second IUD I've had installed. Mine was like 3 days late and it's like spotting but last month was the real period I know. Cycles can be weird with the IUD
