Favorite Crock Pot Meals?

Going to the store tonight and want to get something to make a crock pot meal for tomorrow night. We do chicken tacos a lot, enchilada soup, buffalo chicken, pot roast.... I’m running out of ideas.😩 Really want to make something my SO will love! Any ideas?

I made crock pot enchiladas. I might try gumbo. I was also looking at beef stew.

Steak tips n noodles! 1 to 2lbs of stew meat, 1 packet of dry onion soup mix, 2 packets of dry beef gravy mix and 1 carton (28oz) of beef or vegetable broth. 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup. I also throw in a can or two of mushroom pieces, but I love mushrooms and you could easily leave it out. Low for 6 hrs or high for 4hrs serve over rice or egg noodles. It the most requested crock pot meal in our home 😁 and pretty easy for prepping it makes a nice gravy and I usually do a dollop of sour cream on top of my bowl but no one else likes stroganoff so I always stir it into my portion and it takes nearly the same.
