Terrible adult acne (33) idk what to do...

I’ve had acne for 23 years now and shocker! It is as worse as ever! It is so stubborn, deep and doesn’t react to meds. I’ve never had good results with retin-a. I think it’s hormone but I’m not going on BC for health reasons (hubby has vasectomy) it doesn’t respond to 5% or 10% benzoyl peroxide, tea tree oil, 5 and 10% salicylic acid 8% glycolic acid toner, 50% glycolic acid peels. I can slather the bumps over night and they don’t go away. Don’t come to a head, and if they are the easiest to pop still turn red. If they are deep and I don’t touch them they are purple and live on my face atleast one month. I feel like my skin is so used to these treatments that they don’t do anything anymore. I don’t know what to do and it has always been very hard on me mentally. It just brings me down. I also can’t do anti biotics cause they give me a yeast infection within a week every time. Anyone else dealing with this? J
