1. BBT - if your sleep cycle is whacky look into wearable temp tracking devices
2. Pay attention to your CM. When you have EWCM or watery CM have sex. Every other day is best for sperm development and health
3. After he cums, lay on your back with hips elevated (either a pillow under your hips or legs on something to hold them off the ground) for about 10min.
I’m 36, had my copper IUD pulled in December and got pregnant with the Jan/Feb cycle. It didn’t stick but got pregnant again the very next month. I’m now almost 16wks.

My friend tried for 8 months and I told her to look up this plan online and so she did and tried it and they got pregnant the first month doing it!

I’ve gotten pregnant once by having sex every day and pregnant a second time by having sex every other day. So not quite the same but close.
SMEP is a great plan if you ovulate regularly!
